Teresa Grote has over 25 years of experience in the area of business management, process reengineering, and technology, with an emphasis in the legal technology arena. Teresa most recently served as the CIO for Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, an AMLAW 250 law firm. During her tenure, Teresa formed a successful technology subsidiary, Dinsnet Technologies, LLC, serving as president and chief operations officer. Dinsnet focused on web-based provision of customized litigation and case management systems. She also consulted with many law firm clients, reviewing technical contracts, strategic plans and staffing issues.

Teresa's past experience includes extensive work in the area of law firm administration and finance, including the implementation of approximately 50 financial management systems in law firms across the country. She is an author and frequent speaker on the subjects of knowledge management, portal strategies, and vendor relationship management, contributing to a variety of industry conferences. Teresa's work has been published in the New York Times, Microsoft Executive Circle and Law Technology News, as well as several state bar publications. She has also served as an active member of several industry organizations and publication boards.

Currently, Teresa serves as a board member for Kids Helping Kids. She spends her free time watching basketball, soccer, football and any other sport in which her three children might participate - and spends the rest of her time praying for rain.
