Armstrong Day, 40 AT

If you haven't heard of the Tranquility calendar, read more about it here. I love the concept, and have been toying with the C source published by Scott M. Harrison for a while. So here's my humble attempt to pay tribute to the heroes of the Apollo missions, not just the astronauts themselves, but all the technicians and support personnel that made Moon Landing Day possible. I've ported Harrison's C code to Objective-C for the Mac and iPhone/iPod Touch. Also found some familiar pictures in the NASA archives, and a great icon from Dan Wiersma.

I'll attempt to release the iPhone/iPod Touch version via the Apple Store in the next few days, but for now, here's the Mac OS X binary and source code for both (requires Xcode and the iPhone SDK for the iPhone version):
